Dr. Walter Horner founded Global Missions in Houston TX Febuary 2002. Walter has a Bachelors degree in Theology from Life Seminary . He received his Master's and doctoral degree in Christian Ministries from Shalom Seminary West Des Moines Iowa.

Walter Horner founded Institute Biblique Parole Vivant Dakar, Senegal (With Several hundred's Christian Leaders and Pastor Trained). The first accredited Christian Institution with a university status in Senegal.

Walter is an international speaker around the world in 30+ countries both as lecturer in Christian colleges, churches and in conferences. Walter is happily married with one adult Son and two young daughters.

Esther Horner P.hd serves on the International Board for Global Missions Int. and GLOBAL MISSIONS NOW and is the Vice President, Media development and corporate relations Cornerstone Grace TV. She has a passion for catalyzing the church to greater levels of partnership, coordinated movement, and inter-dependence. She is the CEO of TYNET Group of companies, headquartered in Arlington, TX

Esther Horner (Ph.D) is an ordained Minister, experienced Bible teacher with 26+ years of experience, a Wife and mother of 3 wonderful Children. She taught Bible and systematic theology at IBPV for nine years.
